Email & Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

PINNACLE STRATEGY ENTERPRISES LLC (Pinnacle Strategy Enterprises) sends SMS only when you provide the corresponding consent. Submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or commenting BRICK on social media does not by itself provide SMS consent. Consultation confirmations and reminders require the optional consultation consent checkbox. Educational and promotional texts require a separate optional marketing consent checkbox. Both are unchecked by default, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message content must also comply with provider and carrier restrictions.

What You Agree to Receive

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive emails and/or texts when you:

  • Check a consent box or otherwise provide clear consent, or

  • Reply with a keyword (such as “YES”) where instructed to join a text list.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time:

  • Emails:

  • Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or

  • Contact us and request to be removed from marketing emails.

  • Text Messages (SMS/MMS):

  • Reply “STOP” to any Pinnacle text to unsubscribe from future marketing and reminder texts.

  • For help or more information, reply “HELP”.

After you opt out of texts, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed.

Replying STOP withdraws consent for future SMS messages from Pinnacle, including promotional, reminder, and service texts. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. We will not continue sending transactional or appointment SMS after an SMS opt-out unless you provide a new valid opt-in. We may respond to your service request through a permitted non-SMS channel.
